Refund and Returns Policy

Our returns and exchanges policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation and Fair Trading NSW.


Change of Mind Exchanges and/or Refunds

Please ensure your order is correct including your shipping address details before completing your transaction as we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or orders that have been sent to an incorrectly entered address.


Faulty Items and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

Each item is carefully checked by us before it is sent out to a third party shipping provider. In the rare instance of human error occurring resulting in your receiving an incorrect item or faulty item please contact us immediately at kayelle@outlook.com.au so that we may resolve the issue.


In the event you are entitled to a refund please ensure you contact us to obtain a Refund ID number and return address details. We will not be able to accept any returns without a Refund Identification Number.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
