Shipping Policy

At Kaye Elle we completely understand how excited you are to receive your order. Most of our products are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please note this excludes sculpture candle and custom orders due to them being made to order and have a current turn around time of up to 2 weeks.Please know we will always endeavour to get it out to you as soon as possible.


Postage Times

Once ready to be sent out each order is carefully packaged and shipped to you via Australia Post Domestic Post, or Express Post if you have chosen to upgrade your postage. Postage times may vary, you can find out more information and get an eta using the Australia Post Postage and Delivery Time Calculator. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that once your order leaves us it is out of our control how long it will take to be delivered to you.


Items Damaged in Transit

We do our best to ensure your orders are packaged safely and secure for transit to you. However, in the unfortunate instance you receive your item and it has been damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so that we may endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible for you. We reserve the right to determine if a refund or replacement is a suitable solution.


Orders Lost in Transit

In some cases orders can be lost in transit due to an incorrect address. Please ensure when entering your shipping address that it is correct as Australia Post will not deliver it to an incorrect address. Unfortunately once orders leave us they become property of the courier company, which in this instance is Australia Post, therefore we are not liable for any damaged or lost orders. However if you haven't received your order and believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we may try to resolve the issue, and in some cases offer a replacement or refund.
